Naked Farmer is expanding and seeks a Chef de Cuisine to lead our scratch kitchen in Nashville. You will manage a culinary team, coordinate menu planning, and ensure exceptional food quality. This role combines culinary excellence with strong leadership to sustain our farm-to-table ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a culinary team in a high-volume setting.
• A deep passion for quality food and constant improvement.
• Strong culinary expertise with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proven work ethic and ability to meet physical demands (lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Collaborative spirit and positive leadership.
• Clear communication and mentoring skills.
• Reliability and consistent performance.
• Attention to detail and agility in challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the chef team to deliver exceptional food.
• Ensure quality and presentation across dine-in, pick-up, and delivery.
• Oversee recipe inquiries, prep checklists, and food quality consistency.
• Manage receipt of fresh ingredients from farm partners and oversee inventory.
• Organize prep lists and collaborate on inventory and ordering.
• Set up and manage deployment board and prep schedules for service.
• Perform line checks and manage waste to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and storage protocols.
