Job summary

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to manage day-to-day operations of one of its six kitchens and assist the Chef de Cuisine with leadership duties. Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership, menu development skills, and a track record in high-volume settings.

Compensation is base pay with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health and life insurance, and paid meals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide direction and team leadership to culinary staff.
• Ability to assist in creating new menus and meeting food and labor cost goals.
• Hands-on management style with solid administrative skills; experience in high-volume kitchens is desirable.
