Job summary

Sorelle is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and service standards across the dining room and bar, while upholding brand philosophy and high-quality food and wine programs.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of culinary and wine experience and strong communication skills. This role requires a hands-on leader who fosters growth and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of culinary & wine experience, preferably in a fine dining environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Culinary degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and scheduling to meet service levels.
• Oversee dining room operations and guest experience.
• Control labor costs and payroll per budget guidance.
• Ensure service standards align with brand and accreditation sources.
• Lead training programs and staff development.
• Coordinate with management on events and private dining.
• Update menus, wine lists and event information with partners.
