Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Dining Room Manager to oversee nightly front-of-house operations for The Barn, ensuring an exceptional fine dining experience with legendary hospitality and world-class wine service.

The role involves supervising dining room supervisors and staff, coordinating with culinary and beverage teams, and driving continuous improvement in service standards while maintaining a collaborative culture. Two–three years in upscale dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Computer experience: word processing, spreadsheets, property management systems.
• Hospitality degree desired but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized hospitality to every guest.
• Manage nightly front-of-house operations and seating arrangements.
• Lead pre-shift lineups and communicate menus, wine features, VIP guests, and updates.
• Coordinate with culinary and beverage teams for events and experiences.
