Job summary

Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to inspire customers by demonstrating what’s possible with our platform. You will partner with Account Executives to guide enterprise opportunities and ensure on-time solution delivery, while aligning with customer objectives and technical requirements.

You’ll conduct deep discovery, design technical solutions, validate with customers, and present compelling demos that showcase Webflow’s value. Travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in web development.
• Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Take a consultative approach and help customers solve problems.
• Strong storytelling in discovery and product demo sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across Enterprise, communicating with stakeholders for on-time delivery.
• Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure the solution meets business objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development.
• Present effective stories through demonstrations highlighting Webflow benefits for client objectives.
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate.
• Influence product direction by representing the customer voice for Enterprise.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission; travel up to 25%.
