Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a Lead Solution Engineer for its North America GTM team, supporting SLED, Higher Education, and Manufacturing verticals. You will guide technical discovery, craft tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into Freshworks ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ESM solutions with AI enhancements.

You’ll partner with Account Executives and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, deliver compelling proofs of value, and help accelerate deals in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

6–8 years in Solution Engineering or related pre‑sales roles.
Experience selling SaaS into SLED, Higher Education, or Manufacturing.
Strong ability to translate customer needs into Freshworks solutions.
Excellent presentation and storytelling for diverse audiences.
Experience with AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated technical partner to sales teams in key industries.
Lead discovery, develop tailored solution strategies, and deliver demos.
Translate requirements into defined business and technical solutions.
