Job summary

Berkshire Grey seeks a Principal Solutions Architect to design intelligent automation systems utilizing Berkshire Grey technology to optimize customer operations. You will analyze complex data and processes to ensure performance and scalability, collaborating with customers and internal teams throughout the presales cycle.

Responsibilities include leading pre-sales interactions, prototype development, and strategy work with product management, while traveling ~25% of the time to meet customers

Qualifications

BS degree in industrial engineering, operations or related field.
Experience designing warehouse automation, especially conveyor layouts.
Strong business acumen with client-facing experience.
Ability to travel 25%+ to meet customers.
Excellent written and spoken communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead presales interactions and design innovative automation solutions.
Develop prototypes and manage POC activities with engineering teams.
Create technical response documents and customer presentations.
Collaborate with product management to align features and commercialization.
Provide ongoing guidance to customers from sale through deployment.
