Qualifications

• 15+ years as software developer/architect.
• Led large architecture initiatives across multiple value streams.
• Influences senior executives on technology strategy.
• Experience leading senior architects and architecture managers.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across CVS Health portfolios.
• Build real collaboration across teams and align on architectural direction.
• Set strategic architectural direction for CVS Health.
• Mentor and challenge senior architects and leaders.
• Develop CVS Health's reference architecture reflecting real-world build processes.
• Identify and evaluate technology partnerships.
