SunStrong Management LLC, a leading solar asset management and maintenance platform, seeks a Technician 4 specializing in solar and ESS battery systems. You will perform advanced troubleshooting and lead crews on battery and complex service jobs, ensuring quality and safety on site.

The role requires 3+ years of solar experience, OEM battery certifications, strong troubleshooting and leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of solar experience.
• OEM battery certifications (as applicable).
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership capability.
• Valid driver’s license (subject to driver record check).

Responsibilities

• Perform all solar service work.
• Diagnose and repair battery (ESS) systems.
• Lead crews on battery and advanced service jobs.
• Resolve escalated and multi-system issues.
