Job summary

New Energy Equity is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician III- Solar to oversee field operations at solar sites around Roseville, MN. You will lead inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and quality in every job.

A Minnesota Master Electrician license is required, with relocation support for qualified candidates. In addition to a competitive base, the company offers a sign-on bonus of $3,000, relocation assistance, and a robust benefits package,

Qualifications

• Lead field service role requiring strong electrical knowledge and safety focus.
• Must hold Minnesota Master Electrician license or equivalent; license conversion offered if needed.
• Experience leading inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in solar PV environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive inspections and preventative maintenance at solar plants.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues and DG connectivity.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate field activities.
• Ensure safety policies and LOTO procedures are followed.
