Job summary

Overland Contracting Inc in Bogalusa, LA is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for Solar projects. You will oversee direct hire supervision and field engineering, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

You will provide technical direction to craft teams and coordinate look-ahead planning to meet project goals. The role requires 5+ years of field leadership, OSHA 10, and a degree in construction management or engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pre-employment checks may be required ( background, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Monitor solar construction activities and CPM schedule adherence.
• Provide technical direction to craft supervisors to ensure safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate daily/weekly work plans and 3 Week Look Ahead schedules.
• Assist with RFMP/WAs and contractor information requests.
• Maintain daily site logs and review timesheets and progress payments.
