Black & Veatch Family of Companies, through Overland Contracting, seeks an Electrical Superintendent for solar projects in Cleveland, MS. You will oversee direct hire supervision, enforce safety, quality, and schedule, and provide technical direction to craft teams to complete installation efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction field leadership experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Able to complete pre-employment screening (background check, drug screen)

Responsibilities

• Monitors solar construction activities for CPM schedule adherence.
• Assists craft in resolving problems relating to drawings, information, schedule, safety, and quality.
• Monitors productivity, progress, and cost; reports to Construction Manager and Field Project Controls Manager.
• Develops and distributes a 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule; monitors progress and corrective actions.
• Maintains daily site logs; reviews timesheets, quantity reports, and progress payments.
