Job summary

Res Group seeks an Electrical Superintendent - Solar to coordinate site construction schedules, manage daily electrical activities, and supervise field personnel. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time, within-budget completion of solar projects across the field.

Requires 4+ years in solar or utility construction, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel domestically 76–100%. Base salary reflects a comprehensive benefits package and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years experience solar construction or utility construction environment required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel 76-100% of the time domestically.
• Advanced knowledge: Safety/OSHA, LOTO, Electrical installation, project scheduling, permits.
• Intermediate knowledge: Project Management, budgets, QA/QC, Lean/ Six Sigma concepts.
• Basic knowledge: Engineering Management, scheduling software, electric substations and transmission lines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical site construction schedule and execution plan.
• Supervise electrical field personnel to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain safety and quality control programs on site.
• Review engineer drawings and ensure buildability and safety.
• Manage subcontractor contracts and electrical materials on site.
