You will elicit requirements, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects to drive secure, scalable software across enterprise-grade platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of hands-on software development delivering enterprise applications with cross-team leadership.
• 5+ years in .NET and C# (including .NET 8+), ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC with solid OOP and SOLID principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, troubleshooting, and support of labor management applications and cloud-native solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to capture requirements and deliver secure, scalable tech solutions.
• Architect and guide complex technical implementations while mentoring engineering teams.
