Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related analytical field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of business systems analysis experience
- 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, and leading solution delivery in a large-scale distributed environment
- 5+ years of experience analyzing complex problems and translating them into scalable technology solutions
- 2+ years in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Strong SDLC knowledge and ability to lead within defined roles
- Experience identifying and supporting business process improvements
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the analysis, development, and delivery of the Publix point-of-sale system
- Oversee the point-of-sale project and collaborate with engineering teams; ensure all deliverables adhere to security and architectural standards
- Plan and coordinate team projects by optimizing resource allocation and defining milestones
- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with business area representatives for alignment on strategic direction
- Maintain productive relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Ensure timely communication and escalation of critical system incidents to Technology and business area management
