Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine Eligibility for Economic Stability Programs by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client information and applying laws and policies.
• Provide Quality Customer Service and Program Guidance by explaining rules and making referrals with respect and cultural sensitivity.
• Manage and Document Caseloads by recording findings, completing forms, and monitoring progress for accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as Lead Analyst and Mentor by training new staff, reviewing cases, and supporting performance development.
• Support Supervisory and Operational Functions by assisting with reports, workload balancing, and urgent requests.
• Ensure Quality Control and Compliance by reviewing samples and implementing corrective procedures according to regulations.
• Provide Training, Representation, and Community Engagement through policy training and participation in community forums.
