Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Skin Expert to assist the Store Manager in leading the Skin Expert team, ensuring operational excellence and high guest experiences in a fast-paced skincare environment.

You will coach staff, oversee service protocols, and contribute to achieving sales goals through services, retail, and memberships, while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and brand integrity across events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Assist with scheduling adjustments, staffing needs, and daily operational flow.
• Drive store sales across services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Coach Skin Experts and front staff on protocols, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Support leadership to achieve store performance goals.
• Assist with onboarding and training to ensure confidence in service protocols and sanitation.
• Support marketing initiatives and brand promotion through events and social content.
