Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Skin Expert in Minneapolis to support the Store Manager in leading the Skin Expert team, uphold service standards, and drive sales across services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare education, coach teammates, and deliver an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced beauty environment while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Qualifications

• Active AP MN Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a positive and professional manner.
• Passion for skincare, sales, education, and guest experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Skin Expert team under Store Manager and uphold FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily store flow.
• Assist with inventory, product ordering, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive sales goals across services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support marketing initiatives and social media content aligned with brand standards.
