FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Skin Expert to support the Store Manager in leading the Skin Expert team, maintaining operational excellence, driving sales performance, and upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ service standards. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who is passionate about skincare education, coaching team members, and delivering an elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities include onboarding and training Skin Experts on service protocols, product knowledge, retail and membership

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and support team members positively.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests professionally and drive guest experience.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and daily store flow.
• Assist with inventory, product ordering, and receipts.
• Drive sales for services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Train Skin Experts on protocols, products, and sales.
• Coach team to hit performance benchmarks and standards.
