Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and maintain welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Monitor inventory, product ordering, and shipments.
• Drive store and individual sales goals: services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards and guest experience.
