Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Skin Expert in Rochester, MN to support the Store Manager in guiding the Skin Expert team, upholding service standards, and driving guest satisfaction.

You will champion skincare education, coach teammates, and help achieve store sales goals across services, retail, memberships, and rebooking, while delivering a warm, elevated guest experience.

This full-time role requires leadership, strong customer service, and availability for nights, weekends, and onsite events.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members in a positive and professional manner.
• Passion for skincare, sales, education, and guest experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage guest experience.
• Lead Skin Experts and support Store Manager in daily operations.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and events.
• Drive sales of services, retail, memberships, and rebooking.
• Maintain FACE FOUNDRIÉ service and operational standards.
• Coach and train Skin Experts on protocols and products.
• Support marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
