• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• Associate’s degree with two years of relevant work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience.
• Eight years of experience in industrial construction projects, project management, project controls, and/or fossil fuel plant operations.

• Manage and supervise one large project or multiple small projects across sites.
• Plan, schedule, and budget to meet deadlines.
• Communicate project details and status to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and design groups.
• Develop staffing and track costs, schedule and invoicing.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
• Lead site safety through the AEP System Safety Process.
