Job summary

Meta’s Signal Integrity and Power Integrity (SIPI) Engineers design, analyze, and validate SIPI aspects of electrical systems for next-generation hardware products and platforms.

They collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions from concept through deployment, ensuring Meta’s hardware meets the highest standards for performance, reliability, and electromagnetic compatibility across both product and infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field and 6+ years of SIPI simulation, measurement, or design experience.
• Strong understanding of EM fundamentals and hands-on experience with EM simulation tools.
• Experience delivering products from concept through manufacturing.
• Experience measuring eye-diagrams, power integrity, and using lab test equipment such as network analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level SI/PI design, simulation, and validation efforts.
• Transform concepts into industry-leading hardware solutions.
• Develop simulations and automation to improve design workflows and enable lab validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure EMI/EC performance across products and infrastructure domains.
