Job summary

Custom Sign Center in Columbus, Ohio is seeking a Lead Sign Installer / Installation Technician. The role requires hands-on leadership of commercial signage installations and nationwide travel to project sites.

You will operate crane and bucket trucks, install channel letters, pylon, monument and LED signs, supervise crews, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites. A CDL and clean driving record are preferred; travel typically lasts one week per assignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years electrical sign installation experience.
• Ability to operate crane and bucket trucks.
• Crane operator certification preferred.
• CDL license a plus.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to travel nationwide.
