Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior exterior sign installation experience (channel letters, digital signage, etc.)
• Experience with cranes, lifts, and bucket trucks
• Interior sign installation experience (electrical, non-electrical, vinyl, etc.)
• Ability to lead a team of 1-6 installers
• Decision-making skills and responsibility for decisions
• Mentorship skills to educate and develop others
• Excellent communication skills, including grammar and spelling
• Intermediate math skills
• Basic project management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good record
• Experience with ground-level sign installation (wall, glass, graphics, lobby signs)

Desired Skills:

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to operate forklifts, tractors, bobcats
• OSHA certifications for lifts
• Welding skills (aluminum and steel)
• CDL license (a plus)
• Crane certification (a plus)
