The Sign Store in Macon, GA is seeking a Field Lead Sign Installer to supervise installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality on every job. You will lead crews installing signage—from yard signs to billboards—while traveling within Georgia with limited overnight stays.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay plus benefits, and company-paid training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with installation of signage from start to finish.
• Load, transport, and install signage safely and efficiently.
• Review work orders, measurements, and site requirements.

• Communicate with team members and customers professionally.
• Complete job documentation and reports.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Lead Sign Installer, you’ll lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, accuracy, and quality on every job.

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Work at heights up to 40 feet +
• Hands-on, physically active role
• Travel within Georgia and surrounding states (limited overnight)
