Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Experience with heavy equipment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and follow operating procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules for mechanics and yard technicians for maintenance work.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and propane systems.
• Operate equipment such as boom lifts, forklifts, generators, and related tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers and document repair orders.
• Maintain organized repair logs and manage parts orders.
