Job summary
DEPCO Power Systems in Houston, TX is seeking a Shop Foreman / Technical Shop Leader to stay hands-on while mentoring technicians and guiding daily shop operations. This role focuses on leading diagnostics and repairs of industrial and marine power generation equipment in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications
- Experience diagnosing and repairing industrial or marine power generation equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting of diesel and natural gas engines, generators, and switchgear.
- Knowledge of generator controls, ECMs, ECUs, and protective shutdown systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on mechanical, electrical, fuel, cooling, lubrication, and control issues while mentoring technicians.
- Mentor technicians to become stronger diagnosticians and troubleshooters.
- Diagnose, repair, rebuild, inspect, test, and commission industrial and marine power generation equipment.
- Perform load-bank testing, startup verification, and final equipment validation.
- Promote accountability, safety, workmanship, and continuous technical improvement.
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to DEPCO Power Systems' high standards of quality.
