Krispy Kreme in the United States is seeking Shift Supervisors who want to master their craft. You will oversee an assigned shift and work with the shop leadership team to ensure operations run smoothly and provide a WOW experience for our A-Glazing customers.

This role requires two years of relevant experience and at least one year supervising a team, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will help schedule, onboard, train, and guide the team while upholding safety,

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel requirements: 0-10%
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture where all people know that their wonderfully original identities are welcomed & loved.
