Krispy Kreme in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking Shift Supervisors to master their craft and help our shop run smoothly and safely. You will oversee an assigned shift and partner with the shop leadership team to provide a WOW experience for our customers.

The role requires two years of relevant experience and at least one year supervising a team, plus strong problem‑solving and communication skills. You must be 18+, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship, and willing to travel 0–10%.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture.
