Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical in Winston-Salem, NC. The role leads the layout, assembly and installation of various sheet metal ducts, reading blueprints and directing a crew to meet project milestones.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience and 2 years in a supervisory role, with strong communication and safety adherence. This on-site leadership position offers growth in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience and 2 years supervisor experience.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable transportation and communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation and SMACNA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers and subcontractors.
• Institute safety policies and procedures.
• Direct crew sizes of 2 to 15 workers and plan tasks.
