Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical to lead field crews in the layout, assembly, and installation of duct systems. You will read blueprints, interpret packaging lists, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in HVAC ductwork, and the ability to manage crews of 2–15 workers while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience and 2 years supervisor experience.
• Must understand HVAC and ductwork installation including rectangular and round ductwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, owners’ reps, trade partners, subcontractors.
• Plan out tasks for crew and manage crew sizes of 2 to 15 workers.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
• Support the Superintendent and Project Manager to complete the project on time.
