Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 4–5 in multiple areas.
• Lay out ducts and coordinate installation to maintain workflow.
• Sketch fittings for duct connections.
• Read ductwork and architectural drawings.
• Enforce safety policies and address unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Perform quality control to ensure proper installation.
