Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical to lead the duct installation team on HVAC projects. You will supervise layout, assembly and installation, read blueprints, and coordinate with customers to ensure quality work and on-time completion.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, plus a valid driver’s license and a commitment to safety in a demanding field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Plan tasks and manage crew scheduling (2–15 workers).
• Coordinate with customers and project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Enforce safety policies and quality standards.
