Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is hiring a Foreman Sheet Metal - Mechanical to lead on-site duct installation and oversee a crew of 2–15 workers. The role requires in-depth HVAC sheet metal knowledge, blueprint reading, and strong supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with customers and project teams, ensure quality and safety, and help meet project timelines. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience and 2 years supervisor experience.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and some weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans, submittals, and specs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Plan crew tasks and schedule resources for projects.
• Direct workers and manage crews of 2 to 15 people.
• Read blueprints and equipment packaging lists for assembly.
• Coordinate with customers, owners' reps and subcontractors.
• Adhere to safety policies and enforce procedures on site.
