Job summary

MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman Sheet Metal – Mechanical to supervise layout, assembly and installation of duct systems. You will lead crews of 2 to 15 workers, read blueprints, coordinate with general contractors and customers, and ensure on-time project completion with safety adherence.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of commercial sheet metal experience and 2 years in a supervisory role, strong communication, and the ability to manage manpower and materials

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial mechanical sheet metal experience.
• 2 years of supervisor experience required.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and interpret MEP plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise layout, assembly and installation of sheet metal duct.
• Plan tasks and schedule resources for crew of 2–15 workers.
• Coordinate with customers, owners’ reps and subcontractors.
• Ensure project completion on time with safety policies.
