Job summary

RGP is seeking a Principal Functional Consultant for Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join our ServiceNow Practice in the United States. This senior, client-facing role leads portfolio and work management transformation, design, and value realization across complex ServiceNow engagements.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience with functional leadership on SPM, and a track record of advisory work with executives and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including functional leadership on SPM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery and adoption activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive interviews, discovery, maturity assessments, and roadmaps.
• Translate strategic goals into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide governance and oversee adoption, training, and value realization.
