Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. You will guide design, development, and integration efforts across Demand Management, PPM, and Resource Management to deliver scalable, governance-driven outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience and 5+ years ServiceNow development, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer to lead the implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, workflow automation, and project portfolio governance.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $130k - $135k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Knowledge of App Engine Studio and Automation Engine.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, and GenAI features.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains.
