Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to guide functional and technical teams through implementations and go-lives. You will ensure solution designs align with strategic technologies, and foster partnerships with development teams to ensure quality delivery.

You will design solutions, review processes, and support continuous improvements, staying aligned with product roadmaps and vendor tools. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology implementation experience.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 4+ years team lead experience.
• Proposal/RFP/Sales experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
