Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, APIs, GlideRecord).
- 5+ years Experience with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/ITBM/HRSD/CSM and integrations.
- 1+ year Experience with ServiceNow AI/ML features like Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Intelligence.
- Willingness to travel ~10% and possible immigration sponsorship.
Responsibilities

- Serve as technical advocate, ensure code quality, feasibility, and alignment with goals.
- Develop lean engineering solutions with rapid, validated experimentation.
