Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a ServiceNow Manager to guide both functional and technical teams through solution implementation and go-live, shaping project design and ensuring alignment with the roadmap.

You will design solutions, review processes, mentor others, and build partnerships with development teams while staying connected to vendor tools and ongoing improvements across enterprise IT services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology implementation.
• 6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 4+ years team lead experience.
• Proposal/RFP/Sales experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide both functional and technical teams through solution implementation and go-live, sharing best practices and helping shape project design.
• Steer ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solution designs for strategic technologies are on track throughout development.
• Build strong partnerships with development teams to ensure quality across every aspect of solution delivery.
• Design solutions, review business processes, and support ongoing improvements in day‑to‑day work.
• Collaborate with process teams to provide design feedback that keeps solutions consistent, stable, and easy to support.
• Stay connected to the organization's plans, use the latest vendor tools, and align with the product roadmap.
