Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior ServiceNow architect to lead end-to-end solution design for Fortune 500 clients. You will guide technical direction, mentor teams of developers, and partner with account teams to align governance with business outcomes.

You will influence stakeholders with thoughtful options, ensure architecture governance, and contribute to evolving service offerings while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience with ServiceNow in senior architecture/lead roles.
• Minimum 8 years' enterprise IT transformation/platform strategy, preferably consulting.
• Minimum 6 years' experience leading ServiceNow Developers/Architects and mentoring.
• Minimum 6 years' hands-on architectural standards, code/design reviews, governance.
• Minimum 6 years' experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs; SQL preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' experience delivering Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) projects.
• 3 ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator/CSA, Application Developer/CAD, CIS-ITSM or equivalent (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years total work exp; Associate's +6 yrs experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients.
• Mentor and manage ServiceNow developers and technical architects.
• Influence sponsors and stakeholders with governance, PM, business process, and tech solutions.
• Drive improvements to implementation methodology and service offerings.
• Collaborate with account teams to identify additional value opportunities.
