Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Developer

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Remote (U.S. Based – EST Time Zone Preferred)

Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible)

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: General interview (20–30 mins)
• 2nd Round: Technical/Project interview with SI (1.5 hours)
• 3rd & 4th Rounds: Client interviews

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and drive key initiatives across IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and emerging ServiceNow capabilities. This role demands strong technical expertise, stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on development experience to support our client's ongoing platform expansion in 2025–2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ServiceNow implementations and enhancements for:
• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM)
• GenAI integrations
• Security Operations (SecOps)
• Conduct CMDB data clean-up and optimization
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Leverage Flow Designer for automation and orchestration
• Create and maintain business rules, scripts, and workflows
• Collaborate on configuration item (CI) modeling and lifecycle processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certifications:
• CSA (Certified System Administrator)
• CIS-Discovery
• CIS-Service Mapping
• Deep understanding of:
• ITOM (CMDB Health and Visibility)
• CSDM (Common Services Data Model)
• Flow Designer
• Technical proficiency in:
• Writing business rules (basic and advanced)
• Differentiating between related and referenced CIs
• Defining asset creation rules for CIs
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Bonus/Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) and understanding of portfolio taxonomy
• Experience using Service Builder to manage digital offerings
• Familiarity with Agent Client Collector and MID Server WebSocket endpoint configuration

Project Background:

The client has been using ServiceNow for 2+ years with ITSM already implemented. Current and upcoming initiatives focus on platform maturity through clean CMDB data, improved asset tracking, and expanded automation and portfolio management features.
