We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role is remote.

Job Overview:

As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. You will work with solution architects and developers to interpret and translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical designs.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical planning and requirements gathering, including estimation, development, testing, project management, architecture, and delivery.
2. Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing support and leadership to improve services.
3. Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members.
4. Adapt and collaborate effectively with team members of various experience levels.

Qualifications:

1. Several ServiceNow implementations experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
2. Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
3. Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change) and knowledge of ITIL.
4. Understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
5. Hands-on experience configuring ITOM Discovery (on-premises & cloud) and Service Mapping.
6. Experience with Event Management and integrating monitoring tools.
7. ITAM implementation experience (Software and Hardware assets).
8. Proficiency with Glide API and JavaScript on ServiceNow.
9. Experience integrating external systems via REST & SOAP.
10. Creating dashboards and reports for performance and analytics.
11. Knowledge of networking and cloud concepts.
12. Ability to produce technical documents.
13. Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field.
14. Strong foundation in computer science, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
15. Client-facing or consulting experience.
16. Problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
17. Flexible, disciplined, and adaptable.
18. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
19. Experience with agile methodologies.

Preferred certifications include ServiceNow CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM Discovery, and CIS Service Mapping.

The salary range for this position is approximately $73,008 to $170,640, depending on experience and location. Benefits are not included in this range.
