Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing commercial roofs for maintenance and repairs.
2. Able to communicate and write effectively in English.
3. Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance standards.

Physical Qualifications:

1. Lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
2. Regularly work at heights greater than 15 feet.
