Responsibilities

• Support a profitable business by ensuring assets are functional and services are completed.
• Manage maintenance for print and bindery assets, including preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage repair costs, order parts, and prioritize work orders.
• Maintain asset lists, train operators on troubleshooting, and partner with production managers to improve equipment performance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

About You

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 5+ years maintaining print and bindery equipment.
• Knowledge of air compressors, industrial ventilation, electric motors, and three-phase power is a plus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and work order systems.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and lift 50+ pounds.

This role requires reporting and performing duties primarily on-site at a Target HQ location.
