Responsibilities

1. Lead service calls, diagnose, and resolve exterior home issues.
2. Mentor less experienced team members.
3. Use iPad technology for job scope, materials, and communication.
4. Perform repairs and installations on siding, roofing, gutters, etc.
5. Communicate clearly with customers about work.
6. Ensure timely completion and quality standards.
