Zusammenfassung

CLT Recruiters is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential electrical projects in New York, NY. This role partners with the Project Manager, architects and designers, with 60–70% of time in the office and the rest on active job sites.

You will help prepare submittals, track schedules and costs, read blueprints, and ensure safety and code compliance while growing toward a full Project Manager role.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years in a project management, project engineering or project coordination role.
• Experience on residential electrical or high-end residential construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints, riser diagrams, schematics and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across several active projects at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, design teams and field personnel.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Interest in growing into a full Project Manager role.

Aufgaben

• Support the Project Manager across active high-end residential electrical projects.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation, logs and progress reports.
• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Place material and equipment orders and track deliveries against the schedule.
• Attend site visits and report back on progress, manpower and open issues.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers and field teams on day to day project questions.
• Help track project costs and support monthly billing.
• Confirm work in place is consistent with approved drawings and specifications.
• Support field supervision on safety and code compliance requirements.
