Job summary

CLT Recruiters on behalf of established New York general contractors seeks a Site Superintendent to lead high-end residential renovations across apartments, townhouses and brownstones in NYC. You will oversee trades, manage schedules, enforce safety and quality, coordinate inspections, and maintain daily records.

This role requires a decade of NYC site supervision with luxury residential experience. Competitive salary: $115,000 to $170,000 per year, with medical coverage, 401(k) employer match,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of NYC site supervision experience.
• Experience leading on luxury residential projects.
• Familiar with NYC approvals, inspections, and condo/coop boards.
• Current SST safety credential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of all trades on site, day to day.
• Hold the site schedule and drive the sequence.
• Run safety, site logistics and building access.
• Enforce the quality standard and catch problems early.
• Coordinate inspections and sign-offs.
• Keep daily reports and photographic records.
• Manage punch list and closeout.
