Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Service Manager to lead wildlife exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties. You will coach technicians, drive service quality, and ensure safety and compliance with policies.

You will oversee scheduling, recruitment, training, fleet maintenance, and customer satisfaction while supporting operations across a large district. This leadership role emphasizes accountability, growth, and delivering humane wildlife

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 10% and travel to Atlanta, GA within 60 days of start date.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with various software/applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of technicians to deliver wildlife exclusion and pest control services, meeting service standards.
• Conduct regular field inspections to ensure safety and quality of service.
• Manage routing and scheduling to optimize delivery and efficiency.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members.
• Oversee service fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles are serviced.
• Address concerns and resolve complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
• Cover open routes as needed and manage district supplies and stock.
• Monitor accounts receivable in partnership with the District Manager.
• Perform ride-alongs to provide real-time feedback and training.
• Ensure licensure and renewals for district employees.
